Open **SpaceBay → Settings** and choose the **Events** section in the left column. Select **Save changes** at the top right when you are done.

| Setting | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| Events | Adds the Events page, the calendar and an Events tab in every space. On by default. See [Events](/spacebay/user-guide/events/). |
| Who can add events | **Space admins and moderators** (default) or **Members who can post in the space**. |
| Reminder <span class="sb-badge sb-badge--pro">Pro</span> | No reminders, or 1 hour, 3 hours, 1 day, 2 days or 1 week before an event starts (1 day by default). Goes to members who answered going or maybe. |
